Cluster of cellar fish

The pattern of industrial clusters is one of the new patterns of development that has attracted the attention of economic development researchers since 4 decades ago. The experiences of countries such as the United States, Canada, Italy, India, Japan, Australia, England, etc., show the success of this approach in industrial development. In Iran, due to the significant number of small production enterprises in different production trends, the establishment of industrial clusters is a strategy that can be considered, which was officially proposed for the first time with the establishment of the Organization of Small and Medium Industries in the country. The cold water fish business cluster of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province was identified and feasible in 2019 by Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Industrial Towns Company, and a three-year cluster development project started in 2019. The main products of the cluster are: live salmon (ISIC code 0500312301) and cleaned, cut, frozen and packaged salmon (ISIC code 1512412379).

After the cognitive study phase, the vision and strategies of the cluster were formulated and the strategic council of the cluster was formed with the presence of the governorate and other supporting institutions in the province, and the strategies and action plan were approved.
It is hoped that with the cooperation of all the cluster activists and supporting institutions, the action plans will be implemented on time and the cluster's vision will be achieved while realizing the cluster's strategies.
